A Space That Works With You
The Four Seasons Banquet Room at White Deer Run seats up to 100 guests April through October. For larger events up to 190 guests, the full club is available November through March, or through a private buyout April through October. Bridal showers, baby showers, graduation parties, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, retirements, celebrations of life, and more. For couples planning a smaller wedding, the room accommodates micro weddings up to 80 guests with a dance floor.
White Deer Run has built relationships with local vendors covering florals, décor, specialty rentals, experiential bars, photo booths, custom signage, and more. You can use those partnerships as a starting point and build around them. Few venues come with that kind of built-in support.
The Experience: Planned in Advance. Ready on the Day.
Before your event, the team confirms guest count, room layout, seating arrangement, menu selections, bar structure, and service timing. Vendor access is coordinated and a clear schedule is established.
On the day of the event, tables are set, staff are briefed, and food and beverage timing is aligned with your program. Reception, plated dinner, buffet, dessert station, each component is staged and delivered on schedule.
You are not managing logistics; the White Deer Run team handles those details so you can be present for the event.
Options and Upgrades Built Around Your Event
White Deer Run offers a wide range of options to build out the experience.
Add-ons options include upgraded linens, napkins, and runners, Chiavari and X-back chair rentals and chair covers, Balloon backdrops, specialty florals and décor, arch rentals, and photo booths. Tablescape rentals and custom printed signage and specialty drapery are also available.
For beverages, signature experiential drink bars are available. Coffee bars, espresso martini bars, and dirty soda bars. Cigar rolling service with custom bands is available for the right occasion.
A 12×12 projector screen and full audio/visual rental are available for events that need them. Cultural and religious food options are available through vendor partnerships.

White Deer Run sits in the heart of the Chicagoland area, convenient for guests across the northwest suburbs. Its location on the historic Cuneo Estate surrounds the space with 240 acres of rolling hills, mature trees, and open sky in Vernon Hills. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the Four Seasons Banquet Room look out over Lake Charles and the grounds beyond.
