White Deer Run hosts corporate parties, holiday gatherings, fundraisers, galas, networking events, seminars, and other large-scale events. The Four Seasons Banquet Room seats up to 100 guests April through October. For larger events up to 190 guests, the full club is available November through March, or through a private buyout April through March.

Planning and Execution: Detail Confirmed Before Event Day
Room configuration, seating layout, audiovisual requirements, menu selections, bar structure, vendor access, and timing of service are all confirmed in advance. Floor plans are reviewed. Guest counts are finalized. A clear schedule is in place before the event begins.
On the day of the event, setup, service, and breakdown are managed by the White Deer Run team. The program runs on schedule, so hosts are free to focus on their guests, their mission, or their organization.
Cuisine and Service: Format-Appropriate Menus and On-Time Service
The culinary team builds menus around the structure of the event. Breakfast meetings, working lunches, plated dinners, buffet service, cocktail receptions. Each format is handled with the same preparation and attention. Course timing and transitions between agenda segments are coordinated with the event schedule.
Configured For the Occasion
White Deer Run partners with local vendors to build out events according to the needs of the group. Specialty table configurations, upgraded linens, custom signage, drapery, and audio/visual rental are available. Photo booths, balloon backdrops, and experiential drink bars work as well for corporate receptions as they do for celebrations. A 12×12 projector screen is on-site. Cigar rolling service is available for client appreciation events and receptions. With a golf course on property, there is no shortage of options for fun and inclusive activites.

Located in Vernon Hills and convenient to the greater Chicagoland area, White Deer Run provides accessibility for large groups while maintaining the character of a destination location. The venue sits on the historic Cuneo Estate, with 240 acres of rolling hills, mature trees, and open sky in Vernon Hills. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over Lake Charles and the course beyond.The setting is a step above a hotel ballroom or event hall and the experience reflects it.
